To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.m.
If the return is due to and order being damaged, defective, or incorrect, then we will arrange for prepaid return at our expense.
Please notify us within 10 days of delivery date to request return. Before returning a product for any reason, you must obtain a RA (return authorization) by contacting us at Adoremydecor1@gmail.com to ensure timely processing. If it is longer than 10 days of delivery date, a refund will not be honored.
If the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect item, please provide the following information: name, item(s) to be returned, and the nature of the problem. A return authorization can also be requested for a refund of an unopened unused product. We will email you with proper instructions for return with any tags needed. All items must be returned within 5 days of receipt of our email to you with instructions and tags attached. We will not accept any merchandise that arrives to our facility without tags. We recommend a carrier such as USPS Priority, FedEx, or UPS as it can be tracked.
Mattress Return Policy: Mattresses are non-returnable.
IMPORTANT: Damaged or Defective Orders Please refuse delivery if your order appears damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once delivery has been refused with the shipper, you will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund, or have a replacement shipped to you at no additional cost. Please notify us within 3 business days if your order is delivered with concealed damaged. Please include a detailed description of the damages or defects along with any additional supporting documents, like part numbers and pictures, then email to Adoremydecor1.com. Once we have received this information, we will file a claim with the shipper or manufacturer on your behalf, and you will be given the option to have a replacement sent or receive full refund. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot make any size exchanges on damaged merchandise
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund minus any applicable return shipping cost will be issued after return is received back at our facility. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Please note the customer is be responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returned orders that are not damaged, defective or incorrect and may incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
